This strategy permit to trade a support and resistance breakout and explain:
– 1/ How to Find a strong level from 1 hour chart to get more order flow on 5 minit trade
– 2/ Adjust the level on 5 minit chart and count the probabilities of success of this level for your 5m expiration
– 3/ you can play the touch of the level if it didn’t touch within the last 20 5 minit candles
– 4/ what we focus on today is the breakout of the level that gets a good win rate also
– 5/ Wait a breakout of the level quite strong and significant with a big candle then price must go significantly farther like 5 to 7 pips minimum
– 6/ the price Comes back with weak candles we can see the strength is still in the direction of the breakout even during the retracement
– 7/ we take a trade in the opposite direction of the level for a 5minit end of the next 5minit candle after the first touch
– 8/ Adjustement of the level The level should be adjusted sometimes higher sometimes lower to the end of the body of the candle, the recent price action has often more power
– Sometimes we need to put the level at the last congestion, range if there is an empty room before the break of the level
– 9/ If a range form near the SR the orderflow lose its power and the trade is dangerous.
– Adjust the SR on 5min tf
